We are supporting an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a highly successful, well-established dental practice. Due to significant growth and patient demand, the practice is looking to expand its clinical team as the principal dentist reduces clinical hours and the business continues to evolve with the introduction of specialist services. This is a thriving practice that has truly become a victim of its own success, with a strong reputation, loyal patient base, and consistently full appointment books.

- Working Pattern: Flexible β 2 - 4 days
Practice Overview
- NHS Contract: Small NHS contract of 3,000 UDAs, mainly for children
- UDA Rate: Approximately Β£13 per UDA
- Private / Denplan Split: Private: 50/50
- Denplan Capitation & Private: 50/50
- Private Mix: Approximately 85β90% Private & Denplan
- Private Waiting List: Over 100 patients waiting to join privately
- Surgeries: 5 surgeries, operating close to full capacity week-on-week
- Hygiene: 7 days of hygiene currently provided
- Patient Base: Strong, established list with excellent demand
