Flame Health Pharmacy have been instructed to work with our client on the appointment of a UK Pharma Brand Manager in Hertfordshire, on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the office. The package is £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus, and the role will suit a commercially minded marketer who can own strategy, work across functions, and bring a creative, self-directed approach.

This is a broad brand management position with two distinct tracks of responsibility. You will take full marketing ownership for local and third-party products from the ground up, while also adapting existing global materials for manufactured products so they work effectively in the UK market. Day-to-day, the role involves developing and implementing UK product plans, supporting launches, and shaping tactical activity that drives engagement and performance. You will work closely with the Country Manager, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and the Global Marketing Team. The position is also part of the UK Leadership Team, with responsibility for market insight, performance monitoring, customer engagement, compliance, and support across new therapy areas as the portfolio expands beyond ophthalmology.

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales capabilities, and a broad portfolio centered on hyaluronic acid across joint care, skin care, eye care, aesthetic care, and regenerative care. Nearly 60 years of R&D and more than 1,200 patents have placed the business at the forefront of natural and functionalized HA, with manufacturing operations approved by major international health authorities. It is a setting where local execution, regulatory discipline, and cross-border collaboration all matter. The role sits within a business that combines established product development expertise with a growing UK presence.

We are looking for a strong brand or product marketer with solid fundamentals, creative thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing would be an advantage, along with familiarity with UK market requirements, digital channels, and the ABPI Code of Practice or equivalent industry compliance standards. You should be comfortable working with sales dynamics, even if you are not coming from a sales background, and confident enough to own strategy without needing close steering. The role calls for someone who can balance planning, launch readiness, customer engagement, and compliance, while building effective relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role will suit a marketer who is ready to take real ownership and help shape how products are positioned and grown in the UK. It will appeal to someone who enjoys building plans, adapting global assets for local use, and contributing to wider leadership discussions as the business expands.

The role is based in Hertfordshire, on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the office. The location offers access to local commuter routes and is within reach of the wider Hertfordshire and Essex area.
