Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to appoint a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, on-site position in Truro, Cornwall, offering a basic salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.

This role would suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines clinical expertise with premium customer care and an aptitude for sales.

About the Job

You will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidance. Accurate customer records must be maintained on the company CMS system and synchronised daily, alongside adherence to the standard consultation process. The position also includes providing responsive after-sales support, resolving service calls and customer queries professionally and within appropriate timescales. You will receive support from a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers. The role is permanent and involves 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility required in line with business needs.

What We Are Looking For

Current HCPC registration is required, alongside qualification as a Hearing Aid Audiologist or status as a pre-registered HAD. You should be a member of BSHAA, or prepared to become a member, and hold a current full UK driving licence. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver premium customer care while demonstrating an aptitude for sales. IT skills must be sufficient to use company systems and audiometry equipment effectively. You will also need strong time and job-management abilities, enabling a structured approach to your workload, and a commitment to keeping your knowledge and skills current in line with HCPC continuing professional development requirements. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or EU without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
