Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a HCPC registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser for the Torquay area. This permanent, onsite role offers a salary of £34,000 to £42,000 per annum, plus a £4,000 car allowance and bonus potential, and would suit a patient-focused professional who is comfortable working across several sites and balancing clinical standards with commercial awareness.

The role involves working across a minimum of four medical centres in the Torquay area, supporting patients within an established hearing care setting. You will be part of a service that values complete patient satisfaction from a clinical perspective, while also recognising the need to operate effectively in a competitive marketplace. Day to day, you will draw on an existing patient base and access to a database of optical and hearing care customers, helping to deliver care in a structured, commercially minded way. The position will suit someone who enjoys variety in their working week and is confident representing a patient-centred hearing care service across multiple practices.

Our client is an independent business with a UK network of optical and hearing care practices, together with an increasing number of medical centres from which they operate. They have built a strong presence in hearing care and are focused on providing a high level of care to their patients. They are described as customer focused, with a competitive pricing structure and a clear commitment to supporting both clinical quality and service delivery. The package includes continuous training and development, reflecting an organisation that wants to invest in the right person and support their long-term contribution.

You must be HCPC registered as a Hearing Aid Audiologist to be considered for this role. The successful applicant will be a passionate and professional clinician with strong motivation for patient care and a genuine commitment to working within the hearing care sector. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, while still placing patient satisfaction at the centre of their practice. Experience of working in a hearing care environment and confidence in managing care across multiple medical centres would be highly relevant, alongside a calm, dependable and customer-focused approach.

This role will appeal to an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who wants to work in a setting where clinical care and commercial thinking sit side by side. It would suit someone who values an established patient base, enjoys variety, and is looking for a role with ongoing training and development.

The position is based in the Torquay area of Torbay, with onsite working across medical centres in the wider locality. It is a well-connected part of South Devon with easy access to the surrounding area.
