Location: The position will be clinic based working within Taunton, Somerset

Hours: Full-time employed position

Job Overview: As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience, you will take responsibility for managing your own clinics and delivering comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings and aftercare services to the highest professional standards. The role centres on providing customer‑centric hearing care solutions, offering expert advice and recommending appropriate products from a full portfolio to meet individual patient needs. You will be confident in conducting otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine‑tuning in line with BSA recommendations and company protocols. Maintaining accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhering to regulatory, professional and health and safety standards will form an essential part of your responsibilities. Alongside clinical excellence, you will demonstrate commercial awareness, working towards appointment activity goals, key performance indicators and revenue targets. Candidate Requirements: Applicants must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing from a recognised provider and be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience is required.
