You will provide hands‑on training in optical retail and optical skills to female prisoners. Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training to ensure trainees develop a strong understanding of optical retail and optical knowledge
- Provide ongoing support and assessments to improve trainee competency and achieve a targeted exam pass rate
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prison staff and trainees
- Uphold the organisation’s reputation through ethical conduct and professionalism
- Submit clear, accurate and timely reports on trainee progress, attendance, and training outcomes
Scheduling:
This part-time role averages 2.5 days per week, which will be structured as a 2-day week followed by a 3-day week.
