Job Overview
Flame Health’s Audiology division is recruiting on behalf of a leading optical and hearing care group for an experienced and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their practices in Surrey. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting audiometric and otoscopic assessments in line with HCPC and company standards
- Ensuring all equipment is calibrated and compliant with current requirements
- Selecting, demonstrating, and fitting hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
- Completing service, rehabilitation, and re-fitting appointments in a timely manner
- Taking accurate aural impressions for the manufacture of hearing aids
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Pre-Registered HAD
- Current HCPC registration
- Full UK driving licence
- Competent IT skills for use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Patient-focused approach with ethical sales awareness
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary from £42,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission and bonus structure (circa £120,000 OTE)
