Flame Health have been appointed an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to join a forward-thinking, patient-focused audiology service based in the Southampton area. This role spans across multiple community health locations, as well as offering home-based care across Southampton and West Hampshire, delivering essential hearing, balance, and wax removal services.

The Role:

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team delivering both standard and complex audiological assessments. From state-of-the-art health centres to in-home appointments, this varied position offers an excellent work-life balance and the chance to truly connect with patients on a personal level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hearing assessments in line with clinical best practice
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, both in clinic and during home visits
  • Keep accurate and timely clinical records
  • Ensure audiological equipment is well-maintained and calibrated
  • Contribute to continuous service improvements and patient satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with CPD and training opportunities offered regularly

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Audiological Science or equivalent
  • Certification in BAA/BSA Part 1 & Part 2
  • Registered or eligible for membership with RCCP, HCPC, or equivalent
  • Personable, caring, and committed to high-quality service
  • Strong IT and data entry skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for home visits)
  • Knowledge of clinical safety, infection control, and data protection standards
