The Role
As an Audiology Customer Service Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving both the operational and clinical success of the new domiciliary service. Working closely with central support and local administration teams, you will oversee customer experience, business performance, and team growth. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own clinics, build meaningful relationships across your local community, and develop a thriving business that truly makes a difference to people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a local domiciliary audiology team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure delivery of clinical and service excellence.
