Due to exponential growth, they are now looking for an experienced Surgeon to join their dynamic and growing team in their outstanding Hair Transplant Clinic in Central London. This role will be on a self-employed basis and is ideal for a specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Role Overview: You will be joining a surgeon-led practice specialising in hair transplants. The approach includes both in-person and virtual consultations. Before any consultation, patients are pre-screened for suitability by our dedicated sales and patient coordination team, ensuring that only appropriate patients proceed to surgical consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough in-person and virtual consultations, providing expert advice and ensuring patients are fully informed about the procedure.
  • Surgery Booking & Conversion: Demonstrate a strong ability to convert consultations into booked surgeries. You will be expected to perform approximately 15–20 surgeries per month.
  • Surgical Procedures: Primarily perform Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) procedures. You will handle all aspects of the extraction process while technicians assist with the implantation phase.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure an optimal patient experience from initial consultation through post-operative care.

Compensation and Working Arrangements:

  • Surgery Earnings: Fantastic and significant earning potential based on the current and predicted volume of patients.
  • Consultation Fees: Additional earnings per month from an estimated 30 consultations.
  • Working Pattern: The role requires availability for 4–5 days per week to accommodate both consultations and surgical procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in performing FUE hair transplant procedures is essential.
  • Experience in FUT/DHI is not required.
  • Demonstrated conversion expertise with a conversion rate of 60% or higher.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and the ability to build rapport quickly during both in-person and virtual consultations.
  • Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and confidentiality.
