Flame Health’s Pharmacy division arecurrently recruiting for a Pharmacist Manager in Derby to join an award-winning Pharmacy company that put the local communitiesat the heart of everything they do.
As the Pharmacy Manager you will strive to build long-lasting relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers, always ensuring that there is a correct and safe supply of medical products to the general public.
Managing every aspect of your pharmacy, you will work to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst leading the delivery of high quality dispensing and patient-centered clinical services including:
- MDS, MUR, repeat dispensing, NMS, electronic prescription service, EHC and lots more
Additionally you will also lead the delivery of high quality dispensing and patient centred clinical services.
Your hands-on approach will enable you to provide an amazing service and a wide range of medicines and products, as you meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer who comes through your door.
You will be enthusiastic with an ambition to succeed and help maintain the exceptional professional standards that this company offer whilst acting commercially and professionally, remaining focused on your patients and their needs.
The right person will be:
- A role model with exceptional leadership qualities
- Have previous pharmacy experience and be registered with the GPHC
- Confident and assertive
- Work to sustain exceptional professional standards to support the staff to continue to deliver excellent service and professional standards
