Flame Health are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent opticians for an Optometrist to join their friendly and relaxed practice. This opportunity is ideal for an Optometrist who values clinical freedom, work–life balance, and high-quality patient care. The practice is happy to consider newly qualified Optometrists, offering a supportive environment where clinicians can grow and develop without pressure.
The Role
- 2–3 days per week
- Flexible working hours
- 2–3 Saturdays per month
- No sales targets – purely clinical role
- Dedicated clinics with appropriate testing times
- Supportive, laid-back working environment

The Practice

About You
- GOC registered Optometrist
- Newly qualified or experienced Optometrist considered
- Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a close-knit team
- Interest in specialist services (training and support available)
