Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to provide optical guidance and clinical support to the retail team
  • Support optical training and development of non-clinical staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and technical accuracy
  • Build strong patient relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals
Candidate Requirements
  • Fully qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
  • Confident, clinically competent, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality retail-clinical environment
  • Organised, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages advantageous)
