Flame Health Optometry division and a large Independent Optical group are looking for Optical Advisors to join their practice in Leyton.

Full time and Part time available

Our client has been in the eye care industry for over 70 years, becoming one of the most established independent Optical businesses. The emphasis is placed on putting the patient first whilst maintaining high clinical standards to deliver effective care.

The role involves general reception duties including:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answering the telephone
  • Booking appointments
  • Pre‑screening patients before the optometrist
  • Advising customers on frame and lens choices
  • Handling collections, repairs, adjustments and fittings
  • Dispensing

The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, understands customer needs through excellent communication, can build rapport with people at all levels, is self‑motivated, ambitious, career‑mindful, enjoys challenges and works towards targets and objectives.
