Flame Health are currently looking for a Branch Manager in Cobham, to join our client who is a large independent group of optical and hearing care practices within the UK.

Our client are experts in hearing care and pride themselves on the high level of care they provide their patients with. Within this competitive market, they feel that it is important to be commercially aware whilst still ensuring complete patient satisfaction.

As a Branch Manager you will report directly to the Area Manager with the goal of enhancing branch growth whilst maintaining staff and customer relationships. Core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer levels of satisfaction remain
  • Deliver business results by promoting strategies within branch
  • Setting and achieving realistic business goals
  • Guiding your team

This is an ideal position for an experienced Dispensing Optician with a strong commercial mindset. You will posses strong communication skills with a proven track record in people management, ensuring you are able to lead, guide and motivate the team.
