Flame Health Optometry are recruiting for a dynamic Practice Manager who is being sought in the Caithness area to join a High-end Independent practice chain. This company has a proven track record in excellent patient care and this is proved in the return custom and reviews. Health of the patient eyes is of the upmost importance and they understand that looking and feeling good in your glasses, sunglasses or contact lenses is vital to you.

As a Practice Manager, you will be passionate to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with sound dispensing advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. Alongside this, you will be expected to assist the Store Director in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives. In addition to the highest quality equipment, my client’s aim is to provide both their store staff and their customers with an excellent overall environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Utilise reports and management information in relation to Key Performance Indicators
  • Discuss and set business objectives
  • Understand and motivate store staff to get results
  • Develop commercial opportunities through effective PR, marketing and corporate products
  • Create a culture of 'Customer First' in store
