As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to patients, assisting optometrists during examinations, and guiding customers in selecting the best eyewear to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
  • Assist optometrists with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Educate patients on eyeglass care and maintenance.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
  • Help customers choose frames and adjust eyewear.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Support with glasses care and dispensing (training provided).

Requirements
