You will be a skilled and experienced Dispensing Optician who delivers excellent customer service and has experience dispensing a variety of lens types to patients of all ages. It is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations, which gives great job satisfaction. Our client will encourage and support you in your dispensing career and welcome ideas and training to develop your role further.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense spectacles, lenses, and optical products based on patients’ prescriptions and specific needs.
- Adjust and repair frames.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, making patients feel informed and comfortable about their choices.
- Provide personalised advice on frames and lenses.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless patient experience.
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician with current registration.
- Proven experience in an optical practice.
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Experience dispensing a wide range of lenses, including single-vision, bifocals, varifocals, and specialist lenses.
