About the Job
Working within a two-testing-room practice, you will support patients across a mixed NHS and private client base, including many longstanding individuals and families. The role involves optical dispensing and advising, helping patients identify suitable eyewear and ensuring they receive attentive, individual care.
You will work alongside one clinician and an established team of five, including a Dispensing Optician Manager. The practice does not operate late-night opening, and Saturday working is required each week. Bonus schemes run throughout the year, providing an additional opportunity alongside the agreed salary.

Our client is a family-run, independent optometry practice serving the Norwich community with friendly, personalised eye care. The practice supports the whole family and provides services including comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, OCT, Ortho-K and myopia management.

What We Are Looking For
The practice is open to applications from a Dispensing Optician or an Optical Advisor. You should be comfortable supporting patients with their optical needs and providing considered, personable advice in a customer-focused setting.
The successful candidate will be able to work each Saturday and should be interested in either a full-time position or, where appropriate, a part-time arrangement. A warm manner, dependable approach and ability to work collaboratively with the existing team are important for this role.
