Flame Health’s Optometry division has an exciting opportunity for an Optical Practice Manager – a qualified Dispensing Optician (DO) – to join an innovative and growing independent company with branches across the country.

Must be a qualified Dispensing Optician. Our practice prides itself on loyalty and patient trust. The manager will bring excellent current DO and management skills, a warm persona and an ability to engage and build rapport with patients, operating effectively and positively as a team player, and determining the best solutions for clients while assisting in all aspects of practice management.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, train and develop the team.
- Manage performance.
- Ensure that the practice adheres to and achieves all operational standards set.
- Manage all aspects of the practice rota.
- Additional responsibilities may include overseeing the appointment system, inventory, financial targets and supporting staff rotation.

Qualified Dispensing Optician (DO) with strong leadership and practice management experience.
