Position: Clinic Manager
Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
On-Call: Rotational on-call requirement
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Flame Health are currently working in partnership with a well-established, modern dental practice in Melton Mowbray to recruit an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy dental clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, strong team performance, and full compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic
- Lead, motivate, and manage the clinical and non-clinical team
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, NHS, and internal policies
- Manage staff rotas, performance, and absence
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, staff, and external bodies
- Support clinicians with operational and administrative requirements
- Manage audits, inspections, and governance processes
- Handle escalated patient queries and complaints professionally
- Participate in the rotational on-call system as required
- Ensure all practice policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Promote a positive, professional working environment
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective communication across the practice team
- ILM Level 5 Management Qualification provided
