Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with a well-established hearing care provider in Maidstone, Kent, to appoint an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist. Offering a salary of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, this permanent role will suit an Audiologist who values strong patient demand, independent clinic work, and a varied mix of NHS and private hearing care.
Within this Kent medical centre network, you will work with an established patient base from day one. The role combines NHS hearing assessments and fittings with ongoing patient care, hearing aid aftercare, and education, alongside the opportunity to recommend suitable private hearing aid options where this is clinically appropriate and aligned with the patient’s needs, lifestyle and preferences. This is a hands‑on clinical post with genuine variety, involving assessment, fitting, relationship building and continuity of care. You will manage your own clinic, work independently, and still have the backing of an experienced wider audiology structure, including area management, operational teams and a clinical framework focused on patient outcomes, professional standards and consultation quality.
Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most established hearing and optical healthcare providers, operating across a national network of branches and medical centre locations. In Kent, their strong relationships with the practices they work alongside, combined with continued growth across the region, have created significant demand for hearing care services. The service is built around patient outcomes, professional standards and high‑quality consultations, with support from a wider clinical and operational structure. This provides a stable setting for an audiologist who wants to work in a busy, well‑supported environment.
We are looking for an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist with strong clinical standards, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care. You should be confident carrying out full audiological assessments, fitting and managing hearing aids, and supporting patients across both NHS and private pathways. The successful candidate will be comfortable running their own clinic, working independently, building patient trust and maintaining high standards of clinical record keeping and professional conduct. Commercial awareness and a patient‑focused approach will also be important.
This role suits a Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants to work in a busy medical centre environment with established patient demand and strong clinical variety. It will appeal to someone motivated, patient‑focused and keen to help grow a high‑quality hearing care service across Kent.
Maidstone is a well‑connected town in Kent, with access to the wider county and surrounding medical centre network. The setting will suit someone who is comfortable working onsite in a busy clinical environment.
