An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Audiologist (Adult & Paediatric) to join a practice in Maidstone. This role is ideal for a commercially aware clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care within a high-end boutique environment. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and places genuine emphasis on longer appointment times, clinical excellence, and building lasting patient relationships. - Location: Maidstone, Kent
- Salary: From £40,000 per annum
- Bonus: Uncapped commission structure
- Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)
- Saturdays: Optional with a day off in lieu

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for adult and paediatric patients
- Deliver professional consultations and tailored hearing solutions
- Hearing aid fittings, programming, fine-tuning, and aftercare
- Carry out hearing aid servicing and repairs
- Provide wax removal services
- Support patients with tinnitus management solutions
- Drive business growth through strong conversion rates and accessory sales
- Maintain excellent patient records and high clinical standards
Candidate Requirements
- Valid HCPC registration or eligibility to register
- Experience in adult hearing care (paediatric experience desirable)
- Strong clinical standards and patient-first mindset
