We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading private healthcare provider, for an experienced Hair Transplant Technician/Surgical Assistant to join their dynamic and growing team in their London Hair Transplant Clinic. Role Overview
As a key member of the clinical operations team, you will work closely with skilled Surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care. You will play a vital role in ensuring procedures run smoothly, contributing directly to the patient experience and clinical success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Surgeons during all stages of hair transplant procedures.
- Ensure patient-focused care, providing support from admission to discharge.
- Prepare, manage, and sterilise the theatre environment pre‑, during, and post‑surgery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation during procedures.
- Handle patient needs with care and professionalism throughout their journey.
- Perform graft collection, sorting, and preparation for implantation.
- Execute graft placement using forceps or prepare grafts for the implanter method.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in graft handling and placement.
- Prior experience in a clinical or nursing setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient‑centred approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
