With three state‐of‐the‐art clinics in London, Leeds, and Manchester, this exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the private healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and develop clinical teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day‐to‐day clinic operations, from rota management and staff performance to service audits and compliance.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, risk assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Service Innovation: Drive improvements to service delivery, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
  • Supply Chain Management: Centralise procurement for clinics, manage cleaning contracts, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyse clinical data, support business planning, and contribute to the company's long‐term success.
  • Budget & SLA Management: Oversee operational budgets and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership or management roles, preferably in cosmetic surgery, hair transplant surgery, or private healthcare.
  • Strong expertise in clinic operations, including rota management and addressing staffing challenges.
  • Proficiency in EHR and CRM systems.
  • Hands‐on experience with supply chain management, purchasing, and distribution.
