About the Opportunity

Flame Health Audiology are working confidentially in partnership with a leading UK optical and hearing care group to identify an exceptional Customer Service Partner to support the launch of a new Domiciliary Audiology business model across South London. This rare opportunity combines commercial leadership, patient care, and the independence of running your own business – while benefiting from the backing of an established, global healthcare brand.

The Role

As an Audiology Customer Service Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving both the operational and clinical success of the new domiciliary service. Working closely with central support and local administration teams, you will oversee customer experience, business performance, and team growth. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own clinics, build meaningful relationships across your local community, and develop a thriving business that truly makes a difference to people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a local domiciliary audiology team.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure delivery of clinical and service excellence.
  • Build long‑term community relationships and grow the customer base.
  • Manage and drive business performance and profit growth.
  • Maintain the highest levels of compliance, ethics, and professional standards.
