Flame Health Optometry are proud to be recruiting for an exceptional Optometrist to join one of the UK’s most prestigious and innovative refractive surgery providers, operating across three state-of-the-art clinics in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class Ophthalmic Surgeons and a highly skilled clinical team, providing outstanding pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing a wide range of advanced vision correction treatments.

The Role

The successful Optometrist will work across multiple high-end London clinics, supporting patients through their vision correction journey — from initial assessment to post-surgical follow-up. You will be involved in:

  • Conducting detailed diagnostic and suitability examinations
  • Managing pre- and post-operative consultations for procedures including Laser Vision Correction (SMILE, LASIK, PRK/LASEK) and Lens-based Surgery (ICL, RLE, EDOF, trifocal, toric IOLs)
  • Collaborating closely with surgeons and clinical colleagues to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and clinical excellence within a premium healthcare setting

About You

  • GOC-registered Optometrist with 2–3 years+ experience
  • Strong general optometry background (experience in refractive or surgical settings advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
  • Flexible and motivated to work across multiple Central London clinics
