Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing & Fitting: Provide tailored consultations to help patients select the right lenses and frames, ensuring comfort, precision, and style.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest developments in lens technology, frame materials, and eyewear trends to offer expert advice.
- Patient Care: Deliver a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring each client feels valued and confident in their eyewear choices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Optometrists and colleagues to create a seamless patient journey from consultation to collection.
- Stock & Display: Support frame selection, stock control, and visual presentation within the practice.

Requirements
- Qualification: GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (preferred) or experienced Optical Assistant with strong dispensing skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
