The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will be a key part of the front‑of‑house team, supporting patients throughout their journey and ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint. You will be involved in dispensing support, frame styling, customer care and day‑to‑day practice operations, helping to maintain the practice's reputation for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
