Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with an established hearing care provider seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for a part-time role in Newcastle upon Tyne. This position is worked over three days, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and offers circa £40,000 DOE, a £5,064 car allowance, and a monthly bonus scheme. It will suit a clinician who values autonomy, commercial contribution, and the chance to manage a high-performing clinic with strong support behind them.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your clinic, its performance, and customer outcomes, delivering hearing care that is both clinically sound and customer-focused. You will support people through their complete hearing care journey, confidently recommend solutions from the full product portfolio, and act as an ambassador for the service within the community. You will work in a modern, well-equipped clinic with access to the latest hearing technology, advanced diagnostic assessments, structured diaries that allow time for personalised consultations, and strong operational and administrative support. The role may also include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand, so flexibility is important.
Our client is a well-established hearing care business with a strong and loyal customer base, offering the stability and backing of a larger organisation while allowing clinical autonomy at clinic level. The environment is designed to support high-quality care, with investment in technology, efficient systems, and the infrastructure needed to help clinicians do their best work. They are also focused on progression and development, with opportunities to move into senior, mentoring, and multi-site or regional roles as the network continues to grow. Ongoing CPD, exposure to new technology, and the chance to help shape how hearing care is delivered across clinics all form part of the wider appeal.
You will need a BSc in Audiology, or equivalent, together with HCPC registration. The ideal background is at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, along with strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance. We are also looking for commercial awareness, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent administrative and organisational skills. This role calls for someone who can balance clinical standards with service delivery, communicate clearly with customers, and work confidently within a busy hearing care setting. A calm, professional approach and the ability to manage your clinic effectively will be important.
This role will suit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants greater ownership of their work and the chance to make a visible impact. It is a good fit for someone looking for the right blend of clinical responsibility, commercial awareness, and long-term progression. If you want a role where you can build trusted customer relationships while developing toward senior or leadership opportunities, this could be the right next step.
The role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, and is an on-site position.
