Job Overview
As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience, you will manage your own clinic and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings and after‑care services to the highest professional standards. The role centres on providing customer‑centric hearing care solutions, offering expert advice and recommending appropriate products from a full portfolio to meet individual patient needs. You will conduct otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine‑tuning in line with BSA recommendations and company protocols. You will maintain accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhere to regulatory, professional and health and safety standards. Alongside clinical excellence, you will demonstrate commercial awareness, working toward appointment activity goals, key performance indicators and revenue targets. You will help promote hearing care services within the clinic environment, contributing to growth and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing from a recognised provider and be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
