Flame Health’s Audiology Division is recruiting for an Audiology Manager to join a well‑established and highly regarded healthcare provider based in Exeter.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a large and busy clinical operation within a modern hearing care environment
  • Manage day‑to‑day running of the centre, ensuring smooth operations
  • Support clinic performance, team development, patient experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with clinical and support teams to maintain strong focus on customer care, compliance and commercial performance

Qualifications

  • Experienced healthcare manager with strong operational and people management skills
  • Preferred previous management experience within audiology, optics, dental, veterinary or similar clinical healthcare setting
  • Ability to lead clinical teams, manage patient journeys and maintain high service standards within a regulated environment
  • Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, proactive, organised approach to managing teams and clinical operations
  • Experience within customer‑focused healthcare environments, confidence managing performance, workflow and service delivery
