Flame Health Pharmacy is recruiting for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to support a progressive independent pharmacy group across the Cambridge and central Cambridgeshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACT, senior pharmacy dispenser, non‑pharmacy manager, or healthcare operations professional ready to step into a wider multi‑site leadership role.
Reporting to the owner, you will support six community pharmacies across a regional territory, helping improve operational performance, service delivery, compliance, team support, and commercial consistency.
This is a hands‑on, mobile role offering variety, responsibility, and genuine progression potential. The group is service‑led, with a strong focus on NHS Pharmacy First, private healthcare services, patient access, and high‑quality community pharmacy care. You will work closely with pharmacy teams and senior stakeholders to help each site run safely, efficiently, and consistently.
