Flame Health’s Hearing Care division is currently working in partnership with a well-established, patient-focused healthcare provider to recruit an Ear Wax Removal Practitioner for a clinic based in Gerrards Cross area. The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective ear wax removal services, primarily using microsuction techniques, within a professional clinical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive a high standard of care, with a strong focus on comfort, communication and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out ear wax removal procedures in line with best practice and clinical guidelines, ensuring patient safety at all times.

Package & Benefits
A competitive salary of up to £27,000 (FTE, depending on experience) is available, alongside a performance‑related bonus scheme. The role offers flexible working options, with a minimum of three days per week.
