Flame Health's Optometry division have a unique and exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Dispensing Optician to join this independent optical practice based in Newcastle. Our client is one of the most respected independent practices in the city and you will enjoy the benefit of working in a comfortable, spacious and unique environment. This forward thinking independent practice aims to provide a first class service beyond today’s expected standards and are known for being one of the best.

Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team pre-screening patients and dispensing. This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will need to have a demonstrable track record of achievement coupled with strong DO skills, an eye for detail, a significant interest in optical fashion trends and be up-to-date with the latest clinical advancements. They consistently provide a premium service, so from a customer service perspective, it is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations throughout.

Our client is passionate about ensuring they are always leading the way when it comes to frames, lenses and contact lenses. They ensure customers have access to the latest and most diverse range of lenses available.
