Flame Health’s Optical Division is recruiting for a Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Advisor to join a well‑established independent optical group based in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly professional and patient‑focused independent practice group that is committed to delivering exceptional customer care and high clinical standards across all locations.
The role would suit either a qualified Dispensing Optician or an experienced Optical Advisor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will work across three modern practices, supporting patients with frame and lens selection, dispensing, pre‑screening and delivering a high‑quality patient experience throughout the customer journey.
