Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to appoint a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, on-site position in Colchester, offering a basic salary of £40,000, uncapped monthly commission and additional bonus opportunities. This role will suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to premium customer care and an aptitude for sales.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions. You will maintain accurate customer records on the company’s CMS system, synchronise information daily and follow the standard consultation process. You will also provide professional after-sales support, responding promptly to service calls and resolving customer queries or problems. The role includes ongoing collaboration with a designated diary coordinator and supportive managers, with some flexibility in working hours required to meet business needs. You will be expected to maintain your knowledge and skills in line with HCPC continuing professional development requirements.
