Salary and BenefitsThe role offers a market-leading salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include performance-related salary enhancement, 33 days’ annual leave increasing with length of service, pension scheme, private healthcare, paid professional fees, indemnity cover, and access to ongoing CET and clinical development. Further support may include Independent Prescribing sponsorship and placement assistance, discounted or complimentary access to selected eye care treatments, and family and friends discounts.
