The role offers a market-leading salary of up to £70,000 pro rata, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include performance-related salary enhancement, pension, paid professional fees, indemnity cover, access to CET and clinical development, and staff treatment discounts.

Full refractive and cataract surgery training will be provided and delivered by experienced clinicians. You will receive day-to-day support from an experienced professional team, alongside access to wider specialist clinical guidance from clinicians with significant experience across refractive surgery, cataract care, and advanced eye care pathways. This makes the role particularly attractive for an Optometrist who is keen to broaden their clinical exposure, develop specialist knowledge, and work within a technology-led clinical environment.

The successful candidate must be a qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist with strong clinical standards, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first approach.
