Flame Health’s Audiology division is recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Audiologist / HAD in the Wiltshire area to join one of the leading optical/hearing care groups. Our client is looking for audiologists who want to make a difference and be different, working collaboratively to drive excellence in clinical standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Use audiometric and otoscopic test equipment to agreed HPC and Company standards, ensuring current calibration requirements are met.
- Select and demonstrate hearing aids, whenever and wherever appropriate, to agreed standards and carry out the fitting of hearing aids.
- Complete service appointments and rehabilitation appointments and re‑fitting of hearing aids as necessary and on time.
- Take aural impressions for the manufacture of hearing aids to agreed standards.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Qualified HAD or Pre Registered HAD.
- Hold current HCPC licence.
- Hold current driving licence.
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the companies laptop and audiometric equipment.
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well‑planned and structured approach to workload.
