Flame Health Audiology are proud to be working with a fast‑growing hearing care business to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full‑time, onsite role based in Henley‑on‑Thames, with travel across the surrounding clinic network. The salary is £42,000 to £120,000 including commission and bonus, making this a strong fit for an HCPC‑registered professional who wants to combine high‑quality patient care with substantial earning potential.

This role centres on delivering extended, personalised appointments and supporting patients through thorough hearing care in a setting that values clinical attention and time with each individual. You will be working with modern audiology equipment including Video Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, Real Ear Measurements, Microsuction and Irrigation tools, while also having access to any manufacturer to support the most appropriate dispenses.

The position involves travel between clinics, so a full UK driving licence is required. You will be part of a service model designed to give patients a careful, considered experience, and you will also benefit from a comprehensive three‑week induction and follow‑up support. Training in wax removal can be provided if needed.

Our client is described as the UK’s fastest‑growing hearing care company and operates within the health and human services sector. They are offering a package that includes a company car or car allowance and an extensive benefits package. They also place emphasis on development, with ongoing training, tailored development plans and support for professionals joining from the NHS, private practice or after a career break. The role sits within a business that is focused on giving staff the tools, product choice and support needed to deliver strong patient care and grow their careers in hearing care.

The successful candidate will be HCPC‑registered as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist, or awaiting registration. A minimum of nine months’ experience as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist is required, along with a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care. You will need a full UK driving licence, as travel between clinics is part of the role. A flexible approach will also be important, and candidates seeking part‑time work may be considered. Relocation support is available for those moving into the area.

This role will suit an HCPC‑registered Hearing Aid Audiologist or Dispenser who has already built some post‑qualification experience and now wants a role with strong clinical focus and clear earning potential. It will appeal to someone who values extended appointment times, is comfortable travelling between locations, and wants a supportive environment with training and development built in.

The role is based in Henley‑on‑Thames, with travel across nearby clinics. The wider area also gives access to Reading.
