Flame Health Optometry are working with a reputable Independent Optical and Hearing company who are seeking an Optical Practice Manager to join them in their practice in Birmingham.

As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for the running of the store working within a fully comprehensive management role, this will include supervising optical staff, driving business growth and ensuring the smooth running and profit of the practice.

The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good managerial skills in order to drive an efficient and effective branch. Ideally you will be able to dispense; however, non-dispensing candidates such as experienced Retail Managers or those with Optical advisor experience will also be considered.
