This is a field-based and remote role reporting to the Head of Operations, with responsibility for driving growth, improving performance and strengthening relationships across Central & Anglia. You will work closely with independent optical partners, leading new site launches, supporting open days, and ensuring each go-live is well planned and delivered. The role also involves managing and developing a talented team of clinical and commercial audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants. You will support performance through monthly visits and fortnightly virtual team meetings, promote clinical excellence and patient outcomes, and help embed hearing care as a valued service within optical practices.

Working with Marketing, Recruitment, Professional Services, New Business and the Senior Leadership Team, you will monitor KPIs, ROI and quarterly business reviews, while identifying new partner opportunities to support expansion.

Our client is a purpose-driven hearing care business working with independent optical partners and placing patients and people at the centre of its approach. The organisation is growing quickly and is regarded as one of the UK’s most respected providers in its field. The culture is collaborative and supportive, with close access to senior leaders and specialist colleagues. The package includes a company car or car allowance, health cash plan, pension scheme, gym membership contribution and 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.

A background in audiology or optics is essential. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in business development, multi-site people leadership and operational delivery, alongside experience of managing and developing clinical teams. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are required, together with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and work across multiple internal departments. The role also calls for someone who can delegate strategically, collaborate effectively and bring sound commercial awareness to day-to-day decisions.

This role will suit an established regional leader who wants real ownership across a growing patch. It will appeal to someone who enjoys balancing commercial performance with coaching, partnership building and patient-focused delivery. It is a strong next step for a candidate who wants to shape service growth within a business that values collaboration, quality and long-term relationships.
