Flame Health have just been instructed on an exclusive opportunity for an audiologist to take the next step in their career and become an Audiologist with the option for Joint Venture Partner (JVP) in the Bedfordshire area. Our exclusive audiology client has a unique business model and is seeing significant growth across the UK. They are independent hearing and audiology specialists who work within some of the UK's best independent optical practices, to provide a local and personalised service to their customers, not just for eyes but now for ears too.

Due to expansion and growth, they are now looking to recruit dynamic, clinical and commercial audiologists to join their business and support their growth plans for 2025 and beyond. They have created a fantastic culture within the business and this is an extremely important aspect when recruiting new partners, subsequently, they are looking for individuals that are:

  • Driven, autonomous and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Individuals need to be eager to help in driving the business into further growth.
  • Commercially focussed, with financial acumen and business awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple practices in a Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) capacity.
  • Excellent people and business management skills.
