Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with our client on the appointment of a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent onsite position covering Banbury and Bicester. Offering a salary of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, this role will suit a qualified audiology professional who enjoys hands-on clinical work, patient contact, and the chance to make a clear difference to daily life.
In this role, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests, then fit, programme, adjust and maintain hearing aids to meet individual needs. You will also provide advice, education and ongoing support to help patients get the best from their hearing devices, while dealing with maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting as required.
The position involves keeping accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards, and working closely with support staff to deliver consistent patient care. You will also stay current with developments in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development, using modern clinical tools in a supportive setting.

You must be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The ideal background includes experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids, alongside strong clinical judgement and the ability to deliver accurate, effective care.
Excellent communication skills are important, as is a patient-centred approach and the confidence to offer empathetic support. We are also looking for someone who is committed to ongoing learning and who works well as part of a team.
