Flame Health Audiology are pleased to present a Joint Venture Partner opportunity in Edinburgh, offering a salary of £32,000–£42,000 plus commission.

This position would suit a fully qualified HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser with experience across multiple hearing aid manufacturers and a strong commitment to independent clinical care.

About the Job

As a Joint Venture Partner, you will provide hearing care within optical practices, assessing and diagnosing hearing loss, developing and implementing treatments, and supporting clients of all ages with their hearing concerns. You will serve local communities while building transparent, long-term relationships with optical partners.

The role includes access to advanced audiological testing equipment and facilities, alongside a ready-to-use patient database and an accessible booking system offering 24-hour visibility. Y

ou will receive training and development, including opportunities to remain up to date with the latest hearing technologies. The package includes 34 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, private health cover, pension, company sick pay, and access to discounts, savings and rewards.

What We Are Looking For

You must be a fully qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Experience working with a range of hearing aid manufacturers is required, together with a full driving licence.

You will need to demonstrate passion for patient care, independence and clinical excellence. The position calls for someone able to assess hearing loss, develop suitable treatments and work confidently with clients of different ages. A transparent and collaborative approach will be important when developing relationships with optical partners and supporting the needs of local patients.
