Job Overview Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a HCPC Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Chesterfield.

The role carries a basic salary of £40,000, with uncapped monthly commission and the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses, and will suit an audiologist who combines strong patient care with a confident commercial approach.

About the Job Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility in line with business needs, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified timescales.

You will work to HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, as well as the BSHAA code of practice and guidelines, ensuring every consultation is delivered to a consistently high standard.

A key part of the role is maintaining accurate audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system, synchronising daily and following established working practices.

You will also provide premium after-sales service, responding to service calls to resolve queries or problems promptly and professionally, while keeping your knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.

Support will be provided by a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers.

What We Are Looking For You must be a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, or a Pre-Registered HAD, with current HCPC registration.

Membership of BSHAA is required, or you should be prepared to become a member.

You will need the desire and ability to provide premium customer care, along with an aptitude for sales, strong IT skills to use the company systems and audiometry equipment, effective time and job management, and a current driving licence.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK/EU without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
