Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser for various locations across Belfast and the surrounding areas.

Offering a salary of £32,000–£42,000 plus commission, this role will suit a fully qualified professional who is committed to independent clinical care and building trusted patient relationships.

About the Job

You will provide hearing care within optical practices, delivering independent clinical support for patients and serving local communities. Your responsibilities will include assessing and diagnosing hearing loss, developing and implementing treatments, and supporting clients of all ages with their hearing concerns.

You will use state-of-the‑art audiological testing equipment and facilities, alongside a ready‑to‑go patient database and accessible booking system.

The position also involves working with optical partners and drawing on experience across various hearing aid manufacturers. Flexible full‑time and part‑time working options may be available.

What We Are Looking For
