Flame Health Audiology are proud to be working with our client to appoint a Hearing Aid Audiologist covering High Wycombe, Aylesbury and visiting sites across Buckinghamshire.
The position offers a basic salary of £40,000, uncapped monthly commission, and the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses.
It would suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines clinical expertise with premium customer care and an aptitude for sales.
About the Job
This permanent role involves delivering comprehensive hearing assessments, completing audiograms and recommending appropriate hearing solutions in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidance. You will maintain accurate customer records on the company’s CMS system, synchronise information daily and follow the standard consultation process.
You will also provide professional after-sales support, responding promptly to service calls and resolving customer queries or problems. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, you will receive support from a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers. Some flexibility may be required in line with business needs.

What We Are Looking For
You must be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or pre-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and hold current HCPC registration. Membership of BSHAA is required, or you must be prepared to become a member.
You will need the technical ability to use company systems and audiometry equipment, together with a structured approach to planning and managing your workload.
The role requires someone able to conduct hearing assessments, recommend and sell suitable hearing solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer care.
You must keep your knowledge and skills current in line with HCPC continuing professional development requirements.
A current driving licence is essential, as the position covers High Wycombe, Aylesbury and visiting sites.
Applicants must also be eligible to work in the UK or EU without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
