As an Assistant Optical Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the practice and the team
- Working to store/company targets
- Ensuring customers receive excellent service
- Providing training with support
- Staying up to date with the latest optical developments

The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good managerial skills to drive an efficient and effective branch. Ideally, you will be able to dispense; however, non-dispensing candidates such as experienced Retail Managers or those with Optical advisor experience will also be considered.
